Your journey begins at Clinch Park, where you’ll hop on your bike and head out along the scenic Boardman Lake Loop, a bike-only trail that winds its way toward Medalie Park. The ride offers beautiful lake views, peaceful wooded stretches, and a relaxed, traffic-free path perfect for riders of all levels.
Once you arrive at Medalie Park, you’ll transition onto the water and set out in your kayak on Boardman Lake. Paddle at your own pace as you take in the calm waters, surrounding nature, and views of the city from a whole new perspective.
After your paddle, it’s back on the bike for a smooth and enjoyable ride returning to Clinch Park along the same scenic loop.
Whether you’re looking for a laid-back outing or a few hours of active fun, this loop delivers a perfect mix of adventure, scenery, and flexibility.
This tour will not include travel down the Boardman River due to ongoing construction at the Union Street Dam.
We are continually monitoring conditions and adjusting routes as needed to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. For more details on the project and current conditions, please refer to the FishPass Dam Project.
